I was born in Yorkshire and have lived and worked in Yorkshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Hertfordshire, London, Essex, Ichikawa and Tokyo, and lived in Portugal and Thailand.

I hold an MA in deviancy.

I have travelled widely, both by motorcycle and backpacking.

The Tokyo Noir trilogy is to be followed by a London one, featuring the two main characters.
